Working in the lawn care industry over the past 3 years has taught me a valuable lesson - if the grass seems greener on the other side of the fence, there is a very good chance they got a leaky septic system!

Agreed to do a lawn on Monday for $xx. Realized 1/4 way through I underbid by a wild margin.
Sucked it up and pushed through, because my word is my word, expecting a significant loss on the job.
Was pleasantly surprised when the job was over and was handed significantly extra than what was agreed upon.
Client said she had two (2) people come out, attempt it then burn off 1/4 way through with 100 excuses to never hear from them again.
Moral of the story: keep your word on things and more often than not you will be rewarded above expectation.
