Someone told us we couldn’t, so we did.
Pictured is Ma standing over a mower we would dub “The Tank“. In the winter, we like to tinker with dead and decaying mowers, and see what we can get up and running. We took a 34 inch dead Cub Cadet ZT that had flooded during Hurricane Harvey and transplanted a MONSTEROUS 24HP commercial engine on it. Took a lot of metal fabrication, welding and redesign, but we got it up and purring like a kitten. ( Pic circa winter 2017 ).
